July Week 1
Friday 08th July
Livingstone is celebrating another year of excellent results after a year of working tirelessly to achieve such high standards. Due to the many changes with the curriculum and the tests these are provisional figures and we are working with the local Authority and DFE to finalise our data.

Miss Madden and Mr Cattini are sports coaches from Non Stop Action and they are holding a Summer Fun Day on Saturday 16th July at Finchley Catholic High School 10am - 2pm to celebrate their 10 year anniversary. As Livingstone school is a very important part of our Non Stop story and we would like to extend an invitation to you and your staff and their families to come along. Entrance is free and a small charge will be made for the activities, as all the profits of this event will be donated to Noah's Ark Children Hospice. If you are unable to attend but would like to make a donation to our chosen charity, you may do so at http://www.justgiving.com/NonStopAction .
Key Stage 1 Dance Day - The children really enjoyed the day and put on a fabulous show for all to see. A big thank you to the parents and carers who came out in numbers to support the children. A special mention goes to Mrs Andreou for organising this event which has been a Livingstone tradition for many years. KS2 will be taking part in their own Dance Day on Monday with an assembly for KS2 Parents at 2pm.
There was another near miss this week with one of children nearly being knock down by a car while a parent was on their phone. So please take care when accessing the school premises as it can be very busy. Also will the parents who openly use inappropriate language outside the school gate please consider the children and other adults. Please park with consideration to avoid conflict with our neighbours.
