Admissions
All prospective parents are welcome to visit the school for a tour by contacting the school office to arrange an appointment on 020 8449 2592.
Admission into our Nursery can be arranged directly via our school office. The Nursery offers both morning and afternoon sessions, additional paid sessions and the '30 Hour Nursery Provision' for working parents. Please ask for more information.

Admission into Reception
You should start thinking about your child starting in a Reception class in the September following their third birthday.

If you would prefer a paper form you can contact the Admissions Team at www.barnet.gov.uk to request an application pack. You will then be sent a Common Application Form (CAF) and brochure in the post.
Please Note - Attending our Nursery does not automatically guarantee a place in Reception.

In Year Admissions
Local authorities will co-ordinate applications from their residents for places at all maintained primary and secondary schools.
This means that you will complete one Common Application Form (CAF) provided by the council in which you live.
- If you live in Barnet you should complete the In-year Admissions CAF
- If you live outside Barnet, you must obtain an application form from the local authority where you live.
Appeals
All school admissions, including ‘in-year’ admissions, appeals and ‘in-year fair access panel’ appeals are administered via the Local Authority. Livingstone Primary and Nursery School has no input or influence on this process.
