July Week 1
Friday 6th July
Big Thank You!
Once again, the Summer Fair was an outstanding success and we made over £4000. Thank you to all the pupils, parents, staff and friends of the school who helped and attended. Congratulations to everyone who won a prize. Finally, a big thank you goes to the PTA Committee of Lina Cavozzi, Kerry Warner, Catherine Baker, Rebecca McMahon and Maria Stephens who organised the event and their army of parent/carer and staff helpers. Their work was appreciated by all who attended the event and everyone had a wonderful time.
On a sad note, we later discovered that during the event two laptops and some petty cash was stolen from the school. We are hoping that the theft will be covered by the insurance but if not the cost of replacement will have to come out of money raised or the school budget. If anyone knows something about the incident please contact the school as the police have been informed.
Livingstone Choir
School Council
Congratulations to Year 6 for raising
£85.70 during their Enterprise projects. They have chosen to donate their money to 'The Lullaby Trust', who raise awareness and support families affected by Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
Year 5 Gymnastics: Intra-house Competition
Year 5 have been learning about patterns and sequences in gymnastics with our P.E apprentice Sarah. In their house teams, they created a short performance based on all the techniques that they have learnt. Each team had the opportunity to perform in front of Mrs Phelan, Mr Madle, Miss Finn and Miss Fairley and they did not disappoint. Every team had demonstrated a precise and outstanding performance but one team came out on top....the Yellows!
Well done to everyone who took part.

Just a snapshot of the fantastic camp night. This is one of the highlights of the Livingstone year and this year the weather helped make it even more magical. Great work Mrs. Church and Mrs. Craddock for organizing the event and thank you to the volunteers who made it possible.
