This week has been super exciting in Nursery!
We have been enjoying reading traditional tales, with a special focus on The Gingerbread Man. The children loved role-playing the story using props and characters, helping to bring the tale to life. They also created some beautiful watercolour artwork featuring the Gingerbread Man and the fox, showing great creativity and enthusiasm.
In Maths, we have been exploring Numberblocks 1–5. The children practised their cutting, tracing and counting skills, building confidence with numbers through fun, hands-on activities.
We are continuing to explore animals that live in Arctic areas, such as the polar bear, Arctic fox and penguins. The children have been asking lots of questions and showing real curiosity. This week, they have also shown a growing interest in dinosaurs, so we will be talking more about them in the coming weeks.
