September Week 2

Friday 14th September

Impact Meetings

Curriculum Booklets and reading diaries should have come home this week following on from ‘Meet the Teacher’. If you were unable to attend and would like to see the class teacher. we will be having Impact Meetings in the first week of October. These meetings are designed for parents/carers to be in the class with your child/ren and get to experience a typical English or Maths lesson. The meetings are designed to see the methods of teaching and strategies which can then be applied to homework.

Please let the office know if you have changed address or contact details.

Dinner Money should be paid in advance.

£2.35 per day

£11.75 per week

£68.15  this half-term

Notice must be given to the office before children change between packed lunches and school dinners.  Children in Reception and KS1 are entitled to a free meal. Reception have milk and fruit every day, KS1 get a fruit/raisins snack and older pupils have access to a tuck shop which sells healthy snacks at morning break for 20p.

Show you care!

Please do not park on the yellow lines when dropping off your child/ren and please respect our neighbours by not blocking their driveways. All pupils are reminded to wear helmets if cycling to school and bikes and scooters need to be dismounted before entering through the gates.

This is for the protection of younger child who may not be seen and who may not be able to react to avoid an accident.
