May Week 3

Friday 18th May

The Family Picnic 25th May 2018

This event is held every year to celebrate the opening of the school in May 1954

The theme this year is the ‘Outdoor Classroom’ and we will use this event to celebrate our wonderful green spaces. In a survey of London Educational Institutions, Livingstone was in the top 100 least polluted in London!

School is open to parents and carers from 11.45 onwards, so bring a picnic and join everyone on the field and the KS1 Playground.

Pupils who normally have a school dinner will be provided with a packed lunch. Please keep your own food choices healthy.

After lunch parents/carers are invited join the pupils in activities taking place around the school.

On Thursday, we played Ladbrooke Primary School in a friendly match. We chose a mix of players from Year 6 to Year 4.  We took the lead in the first half with 2 great goals from Riley and Henry but unfortunately, Ladbrooke equalised in the second half. Final score 2-2. Well done to Mohammad, Henry, Joe, JJ, Baheer, Jack, Alex, Ryley, Bailey and Billy.

Last Friday, children from year 1 took part in the Non-Stop Action Football Festival. All the children had a great time playing in their first competition for the school.

Well done to Johnny, Zach, Ashlee-Dean, Teddy, Artelion, Alex and Zuhaib
