Sports News

The year 5 and 6 netball team travelled to Holly Park this week. Unfortunately, we ended up losing to a very good team. Mrs Church and Mrs Gordon were full of praise for the team, saying that they had never played as well as they did. Despite losing, the Netball team are full of smiles and are happy with how well they played.

Our year 5 and 6 boys took on St Johns in the central cup competition winning 3-2 thanks to goals from Henry, Kacper and Charlie. Player of the match goes to William for an amazing defensive effort.

Our year 5 and 6 girls took on Tudor in the cup competition losing 5-0 but displaying some excellent skills. In the second half they conceded only was showing how much they improved. Player of the match goes to Darina.

Children from our Kingfisher 1 and 2 classes took part in a multi-sports event called Panathlon. We were runners up in the competition but the children were all given certificates and medals to celebrate and remember this experience.
